  1. to be honest, i’m not completely sure. i know that many times, raw food recipes call for you to use a thinly sliced veggie of some kind to act as a wrap or a pasta shell. i hear it’s delicious!

  2. Looks to me like it’s wrapped in cucumber, look at the color, texture and the seeds, I don’t think it’s zuchini- it would be more white and less translucent.
